Excellent for those who enjoy poker but don't want to gamble
I downloaded a number of poker apps before I settled on this one, and for obvious reasons. I wanted a game where I could gamble fake money with more then just the computer. This game allows you to socialize with not only a huge cross-compatible community on different devices but also to connect with your friends on Facebook and enjoy the fun of poker, rather than gambling away real money at a casino or through a pay system. I would highly recommend this unbiasedly as a solid time passer and a good way to learn the ropes of poker, as well.
As for all of those other reviews that complain about the game being all about luck: poker is all about luck. Even if you were at a real table your hand is solely based on luck. This is just a different median of playing a classic card game. The computer doesn't favor anyone, it's just how you play the game. It's a 50/50 luck/skill kind of game no matter what median you play it in.
Good App, Bad Support
I've played this app for years & enjoy the competition. But I've had two issues with Wagner support & they will not correct any mistakes made by their server. Players level up by playing and I was a Level 12. During a "server maintenance" my level was changed to level 7. I believe this was due to multiple accounts under the same "nickname". I contacted support & their response was "levels can't be changed". Well, I know mine was because I play almost daily. Otherwise fun game & nice players. Word of advice: do not log in using Facebook or real name. There are stalkers on all internet apps

Able to type this. Stay away from this app is the best piece of advice I can give any of you. They will cheat, and that’s an understatement. When they send in the henchman, you don’t have a chance. Seen it happen with my own eyes. If your not spending enough money to suit their taste, they will lock you out of your account or do whatever it takes to get you out of the way. After I bought chips and played for quite a few hours and was definitely ahead, they had the henchmen on me. Wouldn’t have believed this had I not seen it with my own eyes. Unbelievable. When I went to log back in they said the password was incorrect. I new exactly what password I used. I hit forgot password. They said they emailed one to my email. They didn’t. Basically locked me out of my account. These people who run these things need to be in jail
